The ideal candidate is expected the perform the following roles:
- Selling of hotel services to customers.
- Make lists of potential clients or groups and conduct survey to discover customers actively seeking hotel services.
- Making calls or arrange meetings with potential clients to identify their requirements and needs.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the hotel services, features and qualities.
- Providing customers with a list of available services and their prices.
- Responsible for addressing customer doubts to convince them to subscribe to the company service.
- Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that meets their specification.
Minimum years of experience
- Experience 2-4years
- Should possess a BSC/HND
